I've done about a dozen classes at Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, had a professional chef come over to teach and help me prepare a dinner party, visited other chefs' homes, but the best was spending the afternoon in the Radius's kitchen prepping, assembling, and learning.

Pad ThaiThis recipe is very spicy. Cut back on the chili garlic and add to taste. I've made it with peeled and de-veined shrimp (add and parcook before eggs).
