Over the past few years I have begun to create a cookbook of recipes our family has enjoyed . My dream is to give each of the children a copy when they go out onto their own. I am also collecting basic recipes for them as a starting place. BigOven , has been a huge help in making my dream of a family cookbook come true.

Unstuffed Cabbage RollsI had to add an extra can of tomato sauce and diced tomato . It also took about an hour to get the cabbage tender. Over all a good dish but it needs tweeks.

your stuffed mushrooms are AMAZING. i always thought mine were the best, but i gave your's a try and if i had 3 thumbs, they would all be up for your stuffed mushrooms! i added a little crab meat to mine and it took them over the top. THANKS!!
