Yummy and healthy! I like a bit more water chestnuts for extra crunch. This will be a staple in our house from here on in!

I freeze all my homemade fruit breads. It should freeze okay. I wrap mine in foil and then place in an extra strong freezer bag. Hope this helps, Ann
