Chicken Cordon Bleu with White Wine SauceSo I don't like ham... I decided to take a spin on this traditional dish by mixing gorgonzola crumbles and prosciutto bits together and using that as the inside mixture instead. It was excellent! I also have tried this with brie and caramelized onions which was also very yummy. The white wine cream sauce was excellent. I put mine over a bed of baby spinach instead of serving with roasted veggies.

Peanut Butter Reindeer CookiesMade these for Christmas in 2008 and they were a big hit with the family and the boyfriend's family. :) The mini chocolate chips for eyes was the hardest part for me--some of my reindeer look confused. Haha. The antlers weren't perfect, but they were cute. I might be bringing them back this year.

Old Fashioned Macaroni and Cheese - Southern LivingIt was a hit at my holiday party! After reading the comments of users of this recipe, I also added the last cup of cheese until the last 10 minutes of baking to make it crunchier on the top. I also sprinkled Italian bread crumbs at the same time. This gave it a lot of good flavor baked into the top layer of cheese. I also baked my macaroni and cheese in a 13 x 9 glass dish instead of the recommended dish. It worked out fine.
