Brined Roast ChickenThis is the best chicken I have ever made, it just melted in my mouth. If I could give more stars I'd give a million! I didn't even let it dry, I rinsed it, patted it dry and stuck that sucker in the oven.. Delish ! If you are looking for a good chicken recipe, look no further!!!

Oven Fried ChimichangasI loved this recipe. The only advice I can give y'all based on my opinion of the recipe. Melt about 1/4 cup butter and dredge the tortias in it.. Do this for all of them, THEN fill with filling, fold and bake.

No-Bake Cheesecake PieI have been using this same recipe for years. Try adding 1/2-1cup of sugar, depending on you love of sweets. It really makes it perfect.

So glad you liked it, try adding a hint of cinnamon or chipotle sauce for differnt flavors..and the Chile water gives it authentic store taste as well..happy cooking!
