Rob's Cod Au GratinHearty and satisfying dish! Prep steps make this an organised breeze. The second time round I used one sweet potato and one normal potato in lieu of 1/3rd the fish requirement and cheese melt crackers in lieu of bread crumbs. Very nice as well.
