OMG! This was AMAZING! My husband could not stop raving about it. He told me I have make this same crust and sauce for Mahi. The only things I did different was that I substituted ground almonds for 1/2 of the breadcrumbs and sprinkled and whisked Xantham Gum on the sauce to thicken and lessen the carbs.
