Refreshing Cilantro Lime RiceI made this tonight to go along side salmon patties. I liked the flavor but found the rice a bit dry. I had made the rice in my rice cooker...I did add the lime juice and salt to the rice cooker. Hubby topped his with butter and said it was good.
