Olive Garden Salad and DressingClose. First I would like to say that peperoncini and banana peppers are not the same thing. Use peperoncini. Second Olive Garden does not grate parmesan cheese they grate pecorino romano cheese. It is an iceburg romane salad mix. And last but not least you are able to puchase the Olive Garden salad dressing in a nice 11oz. glass vessel. Close on the dressing tangy and tasty. Kudos.

Cream Of Mushroom SoupI did not enjoy the soup. My boyfriend did however. Something about the taste and the flour. I did not use sherry. I will try again, possibly my error. I might add sour cream, more mushrooms, and better stock. But I like a lot of the recipes posted by this chef. Thanks.

Bread ConesReally good idea. Kinda time consumming to let sit and roll out. I am saving my cardstock cones, lol. Did grease with cooking spray, spray pan and cones. Very tasty bread recipe. Did use bread floor. Kept in pastic bag for a week. Thanks for sharing.

Moussaka (Baked Eggplant with Potatoes)My boyfriend absolutely loves this. Though my second time I made a few changes. Instead of browning the eggplant which took too much time I brushed some butter, olive oil, and garlic mix over the eggplant and added that to my dish, no paper towels. I also cut the skin off the eggplant. Then for the sauce I used a cup heavy cream and cup milk, butter, and mozzarella cheddar mix, no flour or eggs (whites never seem to turn out) for a creamier texture. I supose you can use any cheese. I also put my potatoe slices in water and some salt to keep them moist while prepping. Plus I added more bread crumbs for the topper. Thanks for posting a real success!!!

Ultimate Scalloped PotatoesPretty tasty. I added more garlic and would suggest crushed bacon bits and some bacon juice to add some more flavor. Great recipe.

Brown Sugar Salmon GlazeBEST SALMON EVER. So easy and delicious. I do marinate the salmon with pepper, salt, lemon juice, and dill before glazing and putting in the oven. I serve with dill sauce. Serious a go to dish.

Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce RecipeI make the dill sauce for my fish, the bf loves it. Sauce is amazing but I add some crushed garlic and lemon juice. Thank you for sharing.
