HI I live in a beachside suburb of Terrigal on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. I love swimming, and reading, & bike riding. I work as a Christian chaplain in aged care- I find it very rewarding. I am mum to 3 adult children &1 tween who lives at home with my husband &I. I love to cook, but get 'turned off' by being time poor & the constancy of feeding my family day in & day out!!! I'm glad to have found Big Oven to help me get organised and it is already inspiring me:) Have also just got a new oven & I am looking forward to using it. No excuses now!
My favourite dish has been something someone else has cooked:) but I'm hoping that will change!
I like interesting dishes with fresh herbs &spices- lately I've been discovering Moroccan food & that PersianFairy floss is to die for!
I enjoy making muffins because the are so easy, lots of variations and a real crowd pleaser.
