Slow Cooker Potato SoupEasy and delicious. I have made this several times now. Only change I made is 2 (instead of 1) cloves of garlic, skip cheese and reduce flour to 1/2 cup.

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)The whole family loves these and they are super easy to prepare. The onion is the key. It adds so much flavor to this dish.

Christmas French ToastEasy to prepare (make ahead) and crowd pleasing. I have made this a couple of times, not Christmas though. Instead of mulled syrup I just used 100% maple syrup and I added cinnamon sugar to both layers. Excellent breakfast dish. Will continue to make it.

Best-Ever Cinnamon RollsFirst time attempt at baking cinnamon rolls for me and this recipe made it easy. The result was fantastic. I used 1 cup of sourdough starter instead of dry yeast (substituting some milk and flour).

Good n' Chewy Chocolate Chip CookiesOutstanding! These cookies were easy to make and were great warm out of the oven as well as for lunch dessert the next day. I will make these again and again and again.

Trout or Bass in Beer SauceThis was easy to make and tasted great. If you're not a big beer fan, make sure to pick a light one. The cooking time for two thick trout fillets was 22 to 25 minutes on a medium lowsimmer.

Succulent Country Style RibsHave made this a couple of times now. It is very easy and yields a great result.

Italian MeatballsSo simple, yet so delicious. I love these meatballs almost as much as the recipe from foodnetwork (barefoot contessa). Only that recipe is a lot more work. The recipe here will become my everyday standin when I don't have time for the fancy meatballs.

Banana Nut Buttermilk Cream Cheese Bread**I followed the recipe exactly and the result was amazing. My husband doesn't even like bananas and he had this for breakfast four days in a row. The bread is big put didn't run over the sides of my pan. It is super moist and fluffy.

Broccoli PotatoesVery simple yet delicious. I cooked the potatoes and broccoli in the same pot with the garlic and oregano. Since I had some shredded cheddar, I added that with the buttermilk before mashing. Will def make again.

Spicy Baked SalmonWe have made this salmon at least a dozen times now. Fresh garlic and onion work best. But garlic and onion powder are worthy substitutes. I like to cook spaghetti with pesto sauce to go with it. The olive oil in each dish ties the meal together quite nicely.

Helen's Spanish Rice With BeefAwesome and easy recipe. I doubled the spice amounts (salt, pepper, chili and oregano) and topped it with red pepper flakes.

Lemon Garlic Chicken ThighsOur family loves this recipe. I marinate the chicken for at least one hour. Also, the first time I made this I had no lemon juice so I substituted with lime juice (1/4c). It turned out so incredibly well that I haven't gone back to lemon juice. When I make this with chicken legs, the same cooking time (45 mins) works. I do not rotate the chicken or the pan during bake time.

Aunt Fanny's Baked SquashThis has got to be the most delicious squash dish I've ever made, probably because of the butter. I added some slightly steamed broccoli and shredded Colby-Jack. For the crumbs I used crushed Ritz crackers.

Arroz Con Pollo [Rice with Chicken]This was an easy dish to make. I reduced the amount of chicken which made the spices kick in more. Makes great left-overs too.
