What's for dinner?
Stewed Okra and Tomatoes

Just retired. I cook for fun and because my wife still works so dinner has to get on the table. I grow my own herbs and and I shop for fresh vegetables at a local green grocer who imports local vegetables. I buy from a local butcher and I also purchase my lamb and beef in bulk from an organic farm.

Chicken Khroma

I posted this recipe. I am a great fan of Southeast Asian and Indian food. I attempt to try fusion with these recipes in that I try and substitute ingredients that can be found locally with those listed ingredients that are rarely found in North American stores.
