Duke's Secret SalsaThis is so incredibly awesome. My only changes were to decrease the amount of brown sugar to one tablespoon and to add fresh cilantro. This is definitely a keeper. I've made it with fresh and canned tomatoes and we love it either way.

Country Baked Potato SoupThis was very easy and good. It made a good amount. I peeled, diced, and boiled the potatoes instead of baking. It's just easier to me.

Pepper Rubbed Pork ChopsI've made these twice now and they are the most flavorful and moist pork chops. Easy, easy!

Chicken Tortilla Soup ala SteveThis soup was okay. It didn't seem to have the flavor I was expecting, however, I thought the tortilla crisps were awesome. Those I will make again and again.
