What's for dinner?
Ricotta Garlic Mashed Potatoes'

Well obviously I enjoy cooking. That's an understatement - I love it. Living on my own it's not always quite as much fun as it used to be when I was still living at home and I cooked for my family, but I won't miss it!

Apart from that I like reading (mainly novels) and some magazines, like Good Housekeeping or Women's Weekly, because of the great recipes.

And once I'm done finding recipes and trying them (which, to be honest, you're never done with, given all the fantastic things you can find), I relax  while walking, singing, shopping, being with friends or simply watching TV.

Oh, and a visit to a good restaurant can never be spared! (Just to get ideas...)

Recipes I've Posted (all 3)

Any. Except tofu and funny things, like bugs and giblets.

I love creative combinations, like salads with fruit in them or sweet and savoury things together.

My masterpiece is my cheesecake. People love it and it's 100% foolproof, which is so great about it  =). Oh, and it's versatile!

Fish Tacos

Fish Tacos

Divine!!! So easy to make, nice and light as, contrary to other tacos, fajitas and so on, it doesn't come with cheese. And it doesn't need any, either. Made it for the family, and the boss (aka my Dad) didn't miss neither meat nor cheese! And the Habanero Salsa is a must-have with it. Substituted sour cream with cream cheese as I happened to have that in the fridge and cabbage with iceberg lettuce. And we also had some guacamole with it. Wasn't completely necessary, but nice all the same :) I used cat fish, as it was on offer. Will DEFINTELY make it again soon.

This sounds really nice. Any ideas on how to do this without an ice cream maker?

Pico De Gallo

Pico De Gallo

Nice... love it with guacamole, which is why I didn't add any avocado. And I didn't put olive oil and onion in it either, but garlic powder and a hint of salt and pepper, which was nice too.

Savory Pita Chips

Savory Pita Chips

Yummy! I dipped them into Guacamole and Pico de Gallo - divine! Left out the onion powder as I didn't have any, but it worked just as well.
