Artichoke-Stuffed Chicken BreastNice recipe! I suck at cutting the chicken just right, but even with putting some of the stuffing on top of the chicken inside, it's still awesome.

Lentil Soup with Sausage and GreensExcellent dish! I love thick soups that are really filling, and this soup fits the bill. I wasn't sure about the greens part of it at first, but it tastes good and adds more nutrition... double win.
