Kristen's Baked Artichoke Spinach DipSuper yum! Not exactly health driven... But a huge crowd pleaser & great on burgers! I like to add more garlic, a teaspoon of Dijon mustard, a few shakes of hot sauce, & a finely chopped shallot.
