I live close to Washington, DC. I love being outdoors and with family. I play golf on weekends and take walks with my wife and 2 dogs.
My favorite dishes involve grilling, however, that changes in the winter months. I start favoring Italian seafood dishes in cold weather. My wife and I mostly eat foul and fish, no red meats and enjoy our veggies. I used to eat to live and now live to eat!
