Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)

Loved it. I made some with the chicken stuffing and some with rice. I added mushrooms to my husband's, and left the broccoli off my son's. Very easy to make for the individual. I have company coming soon and this will be one I will make for them.

Mexican Stuffed Shells

Mexican Stuffed Shells

It was yummy. I doubled the meat mixture and still had extra shells. I missed the taco sauce ingredient so just poured Rotel tomatoes over everything once in the pan, kids thought I should do it that way again. I think this is one of those recipes you can do lots of variations with and have it be good.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Chicken Noodle Soup

We like food with a little zip and this has none; however, it is a good wholesome soup and simple to make. I added more liquid and will add even more next time, the noodles really suck it up. Easy recipe to adjust.

Shrimp Tacos

Shrimp Tacos

We all liked this. I doubled the recipe since I have two teenage boys. We did not think there was too much garlic, and I doubled the cilantro in the marinade, as well as adding lots more of the chipotle peppers. Also made double the sour cream sauce. We used white corn tortillas which helps to keep the shrimp flavor prominent.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (Crockpot)

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches (Crockpot)

This was too hot for us. We found it wasn't flavorful just hot! I found a sauce lower in salt after reading the other reviews, so salty was not a problem. I think finding the right sauce is important because the chicken was nice and moist. I cooked it 5 hours on low and it done perfectly.

Our Favorite Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Our Favorite Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

This was an easy, yummy dish. I wouldn't say it is a "make it for special company dish," but I will make it again for sure. My husband doesn't care for ground turkey and he thought it was good. It could be made with lean ground beef. I doubled the ingredients to feed my bottomless teenage boys!

Susan's Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Susan's Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

Talk about easy with a big payoff! Pulling the chicken apart makes it all moist and spreads the flavor. 4lbs is a lot of meat so if you have a small family you could easily halve it. My oldest thought it was a little too rich but still liked it.

Shrimp & Pasta Formaggio

Shrimp & Pasta Formaggio

This was good but not as good as expected based on the reviews. My son said that is was similar to most any other pasta with a cream sauce.

Ground Beef Casserole

Ground Beef Casserole

Kids liked it, I also used Rotel tomatoes. Make sure you brown the meat 1st. The directions said to cook pasta but did not say to brown meat, it did not come out good that way.
