Microwave Caramel PopcornFYI-Directions do not specify when to add butter!!! I added it to the Karo syrup, brown sugar and salt. Turned out fine:)

Glazed Lemon BreadVery good recipe!!! Based on some of the comments, I used 1 teaspoon of baking powder instead of a tablespoon... This worked well!

Sunday Pot RoastScrumptious comfort food!!! I added more garlic since we love garlic and I also pureed some of the gravy to give the sauce more substance. Fresh herbs work better than dried for sure!

Vichyssoise (Cold Potato Soup)I actually served this soup hot since I was looking for a potato leek soup to serve as a starter for Thanksgiving. It was amazing!!! I made a few adjustments: I cooked 3 rashers of bacon first. Took out the cooked bacon and sauteed the leeks in the fat instead of butter. I crumbled the bacon and used as garnish with some shaved parmesan... Delish!!! I also added 3 cloves of garlic to the leek mixture which gave it more dimension.

Baked Brie DipServe in original baking dish. Spread on slices of a soft Italian baguette. If dip gets hard to spread microwave on high for 1 minute and stir. [I posted this recipe.]
