What's for dinner?
Hey everybody. I'm going to try to use this site for sharing some really cool recipes that I've found on Big Oven. Hope you enjoy them as much as I have.

Grandpas Cole SlawThis is not only the best slaw I've ever made, but the best I've ever had. It was perfect added to some pork shoulder sandwiches and it also held it's own as a left-over side dish.

BEST EVER MAC N' CHEESEI did like this dish. I would serve it again, but with modifications. I would not use as much corn starch - it was a little sticky - I would undercook the noodles a little and add a little more water. Once the sauce was absorbed and it had cooked warmed for the hour in the crock pot, the noodles were a little over-done for my taste....but overall very good and leftovers worked well, too!

Middle-East Style Stew/SoupThis is the best! I have a 3 year old and 9 year old and they both love it. I've only served it over rice - I like parboiled rice - it holds up better than the minute-style rices. The spinach really makes the dish extra special - so don't be tempted to leave it out. A family favorite for sure!
