Watergate SaladExcellent! Very easy! I substituted the walnuts for macadamia nuts. Yum!

Ranch Dressing MixVery good! I'd half the salt called for in the recipe though if using sea salt!

Buttermilk Ranch DressingExcellent! So much better than store bought! I would suggest though to use fresh finely chopped onion instead of dried minced onion! I've made it twice and it's passed the family test!

Chicken Pot PieYou can also cook this at 375 degrees for 1 hour. During the last 15 minutes, throw some frozen rolls in the oven along with the pot pie and they should be done about the same time. This is also good with mini ears of corn on the cob on the side. [I posted this recipe.]

Fauxtatoes - Roasted Garlic Mashed CauliflowerHubby liked it very much, though I wasn't able to make it even close to mashed potatoes. A very interesting way to cook cauliflower!

Polish Sausage And CabbageI made this on the stove instead of in the crockpot, and it was quite tasty!

Family MeatloafMy family loved it! I grouped it with spaghetti squash and fresh salad. It was a hit!

Broccoli Ham BakeMy husband and son are hard to get to eat their veggies, but this recipe was a hit in my house! I added a 32 ounce bag of broccoli instead of the 10 ounce package, and did not saute the croutons that were put on the top of the casserole, and boy was it good!
