Caramelized Baked Chicken

Caramelized Baked Chicken

I made this a few weeks ago and forgot to leave a comment. It was so well received I had to come back. I doubled the recipe since I was feeding 4 teenage boys. When it was done they were on it like crazy. 4 boys ate over 25 legs!! They said it was the best chicken ever!

Simple Spinach and Red Bell Pepper Pasta

Simple Spinach and Red Bell Pepper Pasta

This was a HUGE hit with both of my boys. They absolutely loved it. I did have to use rotini noodles instead since that was all I had. I am going to add more spinach next time. It just didn't seem like enough. Did I mention my boy 2 and 6!!! Fantastic!!

Creamy Chicken Penne

Creamy Chicken Penne

It was great and easy to make. My family really loved the thick creamy sauce. I did add some chicken granules to add some more flavor. It helped out quite a bit!

Bourbon Chicken

Bourbon Chicken

I thought it was great. My family loved it. I did double the recipe and I added 1/2 cup JD whiskey to it. I am a weakling with heat so next time I think I will lessen the red pepper by a lot.
