Yummy Mexican Cheesecake AppetizerThis is good but I've made better recipes. I halved the recipe, used reduced fat cream cheese and sour cream, 2% mexican cheese, a whole package of taco seasoning. I accidently added 2 eggs but that didn't seem to affect the outcome. Flavor and texture didn't work that well for us. You really need to serve this on sturdy crackers.

Mediterranean PilafDidn't like this much. I used kalamata olives and that may be the reason. It turned the rice grayish and the flavor was too strong. Don't use kalamata olives.
