Bourbon ChickenEasy and quick. A little spicy but we all enjoyed it....even the kids. Definitely a keeper. Served over white rice. Let simmer as directed and then another 10-15 minutes while waiting on the rice to finish cooking. The sauce thickened up a bit and the meat was really tender.
