Hangover SoupThis soup is amazing! I added some white wine and used both enoki and shiitake mushrooms (1 c each). The recipe said it serves 6, but my girlfriend and I devoured the entire pot in one night! We were pretty full by the end of the night, but I was sad to see the bottom of the soup pan. I am cooking another batch as I type for dinner tonight!

Viking's Cobb with A TwistI made this for a potluck football party, and it was an enormous success! I hate blue cheese, so I substituted Parmesan. Also topped the whole salad with a bunch of shredded red cabbage that was arranged in the shape of a big V for Vikings... SKOL VIKES!
