I used chicken thighs for this and also fresh mushrooms. Cooked it on slow cook for 8 hours. We really enjoyed the flavors and the chicken was not dry at all.

I made the Paprika Parmesan Butter early in the day and let the steak marinate for 4 hours. The flavours were delicious together. Wouldn't change a thing. Accompanied this with a Pear Spinach Bacon Salad.
