Red Lobster Cheddar Bay BiscuitsI made these last night as a test pilot and decided that they needed sugar, so tonight I added 2 tablespoons of sugar to the biscuick mix and they were a delicious addition to my gumbo. Thanks for sharing !

Louisiana Shrimp GumboI have NEVER tried anything as adventurous as Gumbo, but with my 2010 resolution to cook new things I decided to give it a try. We are wimps when it comes to pepper so I did cut the black pepper and the cayenne down to 1/4 tsp, figuring I could add, but not remove! This recipe was so good and the color blend was beautiful. I complimented it with Cheddar Bay Biscuits and it was a hit. Will definately make it again !

Stove Top Stuffing MeatloafI'm trying new dishes in 2010 and had a taste of a recipe like this at my Dad's house, except he added craisens. My family is really picky and they all loved this recipe. I did change up a bit because I couldn't believe that the chicken brand would be better with beef than the herb brand. I liked it either way and surprisingly I liked Dad's recipe with the chicken and craisens ! Thank you for sharing !
