Sun Maid Rice PuddingLove how easy it was! I used long grain brown rice and skim milk, no butter, to make it healthier and next time I would only use 1/4 cup of sugar. Delicious, thank you!

Pasta with Light Basil PestoThe original recipe looked great, but I made some changes: to keep it vegetarian I used veggie broth, substituted roasted garlic instead of raw, used walnuts instead of pine, and half parsley as I didn't have enough basil, 2 TBSP of fresh lemon juice and some salt too. Using some broth instead of all oil made it light and delicious!!
