Regular CrepesI did not put the baking soda and I put 1 tsp of vanilla extract. I liked the 1/4 measure of the batter for cooking. Makes them all consistent sizes. Very yummy. We enjoyed them with mixture of sour cream and strawberry jam.

Tequila-lime ShrimpVery good and tangy! I will definitely show this off to my guests. I did not cook it with tequila, because I don't use alcohol in my cooking but I added a bit of rice vinegar. I served the dish along with jasmin rice.

Baked Stuffed ZucchiniThe shell was soggy/soft. I will not put any water next time during the baking part. Not sure if the walnuts is a good combination for the stuffing. Not much flavor at all. I will make it for my vegetarian friends but not for my self anymore.
