Awesome Jalapeno PoppersEvery time my husband goes to a grocery store, he eats these poppers at the store! So I made this at home today. We loved it. Delicious! It was not time consuming to make. Yes, great party appetizers. Didn't bother my skin when I handled the peppers. Thank you.

Sarah's TilapiaI am trying to feed my family more fish. So I made this for dinner tonight. My husband who is a "meat and potato person" liked it and happily ate it! So easy to make and tasty. After I breaded the fish, I kept it in the refrigerator for an hour or so before cooking. The panko stayed on. Thank you.

Blender PancakesInstead of using the pre-made mix, we tried this since I had all the ingredients. My son's first comment was, "Ummm, so good!" I used the immersion blender so it was easier to clean. Yes, bacon and other fresh fruit toppings would go really nicely.
