Broccoli Soup -- Gordon RamsayI have made this recipe twice, and both times they have been excellent! You can really vary the recipe by adding your own twist, such as changing up the cheese or adding more vegetable toppers. Nonetheless, the base soup itself is flavorful with excellent texture. Nothing will suit you more on a cold winter day than this particular soup!
