I love the Shallots,garlic,white wine combo, Chicken florentine is my specialty (my family tells me) Prefer a hot cookie or pastry over ice cream. I hate coffee, even in recipes. Love to Bar-b-que. Pretty passionate about feeding my family nutrient dense foods (though some times flavor and convenience overrides it). I wish I still had access to raw milk. Its the greatest thing ON THE PLANET!

Pizza Hut Pizza CrustThis one is a keeper! I made a bunch and froze it for my daughters pizza party and everyone raved and asked for the recipe. This one is replacing the family pizza dough recipe for sure.

Pizza Hut Pizza CrustI have used the dough immediately (without the overnight rest). I just let it rise in a warm place then used it.

Coconut Chocolate Almond CheesecakeI loved the flavor of this recipe, I didn't like the chunks of coconut in my cheesecake. I think I will try to put it either on bittom (vefore cream cheese mix) or on the top. Any suggestions? Loved the flavor and got lots of compliments! Thanks for sharing! Still goes to my fav. file.

Pizza Hut Pizza CrustI didn't have time to bake this dough until it had been in the fridge for like four days. It still turned out really good. I will try it again and bake sooner!

Glad you like the cheesecake recipe. Sorry to hear you had chunks of coconut. I mix this recipe with a stand-alone Kitchen aide mixer. It mixes the coconut up very evenly. You could certainly try putting the coconut on the bottom or over the top. It will however change the texture of the cheesecake in the middle though. Other than texture I imagine the flavor would be the same.
