Crock Pot Beef BurgundyI thought this was very tasty. I didn't know if I was supposed to cut the meat into bite size stew-like pieces or leave it as a whole roast, so I compromised. I cut it into six equal sized pieces. Came out like a cross between pot roast and stew. I added half a can of beef broth for the cooking and baby carrots for the last hour.
