I live in Murfreesboro, TN. I am 21 years old. I enjoy reading, playing with my puppy, Bella, cooking for my boyfriend, Aaron, watching movies, going to concerts and spending time with family.
I love chicken! I am a big fan of comfort foods. Nothing too complex, but it is nice to put a spin on an everyday dish like mac n' cheese. I really try to create well balanced meals that are fun and nutritious.

Grilled Sun-Dried Tomato And Basil Stuffed Chicken -BernardMy boyfriend suggested giving it an extra kick by adding some hot sauce in the center as well as on top. Other than that, I cooked mine in the oven with the marinade. The chicken turned out juicy and well seasoned.

Cauliflower Au GratinThis was absolutely delicious!! I made it as a side dish with my Basil and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken. The entire dinner turned out perfect. I used mozzarella cheese instead of Swiss Gruyere and I really loved how it made the sauce a little more stringy. I will be cooking this again soon! I may cook it ahead of time though. It takes a long time to cook, but it is certainly worth the wait!
