the meat was great...the sauce didn't work out for me, it tasted good...but was just really not what it was supposed to be I think. The meat, dry brined, will be my new way to roast.

AWESOME! This is the 1st time I have ever had or made anything pumpkin that I wanted more of! It is the best. I used sugar free pudding, sugar free pumpkin, sugar free whipped topping, and it was still wonderful and sweet (couldn't find sugar free caramel topping or crust;) Will definitely be taking this to the inlaws dinner this year!

BBQ Rosemary Potatoes

I can't rate it, because I don't make mine this way. But think the result would be very similar to mine. In a foil envelope....I cube my cleaned red potatoes w/skin on, drizzle in EVOO, sprinkle on a tsp. of minced garlic and a tsp of dried rosemary, add salt and pepper, cook about 20 mins. in foil envelope on grill.
