I'm a self-trained gourmet of sorts who loves to prepare and eat great food. I used to have a small catering company where my specialty was romantic five-course dinners for two. Seven years ago, I was about to open a Gourmet Express restaurant when the opportunity fell through. I'm now a minister of the good news of Jesus Christ, and a writer of books, but I still love to cook. I thought I'd share a few recipes I've used over the years--ones that I used in my five course meals and also at home.
