What's for dinner?
I'm a self-trained gourmet of sorts who loves to prepare and eat great food. I used to have a small catering company where my specialty was romantic five-course dinners for two. Seven years ago, I was about to open a Gourmet Express restaurant when the opportunity fell through. I'm now a minister of the good news of Jesus Christ, and a writer of books, but I still love to cook. I thought I'd share a few recipes I've used over the years--ones that I used in my five course meals and also at home. I'm always looking for new recipes to prepare, and please feel free to contact me with new ones or questions about the ones I've posted. Bon appetit!

Be careful to cook the crust completely because a crisp crust keeps all the toppings intact. [I posted this recipe.]

Banana Split Brownie Pizza

Banana Split Brownie Pizza

I substituted a small jar marshmallow topping for the sugar mixed with the cream cheese. It was great but I found that I had way too much cream cheese mixture for just one pizza. I think an 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese along with the marshmallow topping is sufficient as I made it again the next week and it turned out great.
