German Fried Potatoes

I got my associates degree in Multimedia in 2009.

I'm fixen to move to a university with my fiance to geta bachelors in Photography.

so i need to learn how to cook!! I'm food ignorant. i cant even scramble eggs right, but i'm trying.

I'm a little bit of a picky eatter, for a skinny person... I'm a real Chicken and Beef person... i do not like Pork, Deer, SeaFood, organs. YEK!!!

I'm not a cooked Vegetable person... I do like stirfry broccoli, but thats it. I usually pick w/e else out of it... I dont like foods where i cant see what's inside it(eggrolls, etc). i HATE ONIONS.

I want to learn how to make sweet chicken and beef stuff.

Skewered Honey-Balsamic Chicken

I cooked for the 1st time today, and I used this recipie!! I used soy sause since I'm not a fan of Worcester and just a tsp of salt since I didn't have kosher salt. It was real fun learning to cook with this recipie. Next time I'll let the chicken marinate longer and use just one clove of garlic bcuz I learned when cutting it that I do NOT like the taste/smell of garlic. I didn't do that great of a job cooking the chicken, so I got my mom to help me put it in the oven, adding a lot more honey on chicken skewers. My parents and fiancé said I did a good job on it. I took pictures. :)
