Tuna Noodle Casserole (by Marianne Stanco Leal)I have to say, I dreaded making this dish. I was making it because hubby loves his grandmother's run noodle. (I hate it!) He had not had her's in years so I wanted to make him this. I was shocked at how yummy it was! (much better than Gram's!) I ate 2 huge helpings and will be making it again! And yes, hubby loved it too! :D

Italian Chicken StewVery yummy and very easy! I did add carrots and a bit of extra chicken flavor with some powdered bullion. My husband and I both adored this stew and will certainly be making it again!

Mexican Cornbread CasseroleVery yummy! A bit spicy for my whimpy taste, but I just eat mine with a bit of sour cream and it was delish! Will be making again.
