Best Ever Meat LoafThe flavor was very good and a nice switch up from the traditional meatloaf. For me, my meatloaf in a glass loaf pan got too hardened on the bottom and the end pieces were a bit dark - not burned. Next time I make this, and I will make it again, the last 30 minutes I will lower to 375.

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)I enjoyed this dish very much. Its very easy and all the ingredients were staples in my house which made me like it even more. It's a little bland but I had Heinz pork gravy on hand and I combined the pan drippings and gravy and for my family it made the dish even better. Served this with mashed potatoes

Foil-Pack Chicken and Broccoli Dinner (15)This was awesome and my young kids loved it and it was an easy clean up, so that = a happy mom! I thinned out the cutlets with a mallet and my cooking time was right on the money 25 minutes. Wonder if you could freeze those packets?
