This is delicious! Makes a huge pot. You can freeze remaining for later use. Taste just like you made it the same day. I put it on tortilita chips. Then the lettuce, RIPEN tomatoes, sour cream or ranch dressing. So filling. I am making it to serve on a camping trip for about forty people. I will double the recipe. The flavor is wonderful and the meat is so tender. Will make it again and again. Thank you for the recipe.
