Hearts Of Gold TilapiaThis was so fabulous! The sauce with the fish (ohhhh my). You want to lick the plate clean. I made it with risotto and asparagus. This recipe also in big oven. Worked great together. I will definitely make this over and over. Thank you.

Standing Beef Rib RoastI also added garlic powder. This is a delicious recipe. I work in a deli and I cook this for doctors in town. They loved it. I will continue to make this. The pan gravy is also delicious and easy.

ChalupasThis is delicious! Makes a huge pot. You can freeze remaining for later use. Taste just like you made it the same day. I put it on tortilita chips. Then the lettuce, RIPEN tomatoes, sour cream or ranch dressing. So filling. I am making it to serve on a camping trip for about forty people. I will double the recipe. The flavor is wonderful and the meat is so tender. Will make it again and again. Thank you for the recipe.
