Very good, I baked first layer of cornbread for 25 mins & added meat & second layer then baked for 35 minutes. I also put all of the corn into the batter. We topped it w/sourcream, tomatoes, and olives.
This is to die for!!! I double the sauce so we have lots of sauce for the rice. My family loves it, my 5yr old asks me to make it everyday and I wish I could eat it everyday too! Between this recipe & carnitas recipe U are the QUEEN of big oven!!!!
