Baked Penne and Smoked SausageThis was wonderful. Left out peas, but otherwise followed recipe. My picky husband went back for seconds:)

He-Mans Tuna Noodle CasseroleFirst tuna casserole I've made so we were a little nervous. It was tasty but I just don't think we are wild about tuna in a casserole in general. Recipe was easy and ritz crackers gave a nice buttery flavor. I also added a little velveeta.

Taco MeatloafI was skeptical, but this turned out really good. I served with homemade potato wedges. We really enjoyed it!

Pork Chops & PotatoesWe loved this. I sliced pork sausage, cooked it in a separate skillet until done and layered it under the chops, gave it a little something extra.

Salisbury Steak with Mushroom GravyMoist and flavorful, I left out the alcohol because I was out of wine and used creole seasoning (Louisiana girl). My picky husband loved it.
