Stove Top Stuffing MeatloafThis is an awesome go to meatloaf recipe! I always use a mixture of meatloaf meat, ground beef--ground pork--ground veal, and a pound of ground turkey (i have a LARGE family). I use a 50/50 ratio with ketchup and BBQ sauce. I also lightly pour some Worcestershire sauce on top before baking. Just watch your cooking time...to long it's dry as a bone...to short it's raw...

Garlic - Parmesan Crusted Pork ChopsDELISH!!!! I used truffle oil in my egg wash and it added just that extra touch! I also baked my pork chops versus frying. Can't wait to make again!

Slow Cooker Ropa ViejaDelish!!! I made it the day before and it tasted even better the second day! Definitely in my dinner rotations now! Although I didn't have olives, so I left them out. And I only had pickled jalapeƱos so I eye balked a full one. I also used the bribe from the jalapeƱos. Yummy!!!!
