Jodie's bourbon-marinated pork tenderloinInstead of grilling, I pan browned the pork in a small amount of oil. Then I transferred it to a baking dish, along with the marinade. I baked it at 350 for about 20 minutes. Very tasty

I added shrimp before checking potatoes, which weren't done enough for me, so the shrimp got overcooked, but it was still delicious. Goes great with cornbread.
