Beef Chili with BeansI really like this chili. My only complaint is that the peppers (red, yellow, green) have all but disintegrated by the time it is finished. I doubled the cayenne pepper for a little more zip. Next time I'll add mushrooms, and I may add the peppers late in the cooking.

Cola ChickenI followed the recipe, with no extras, and found it to be very bland. It took a lot of extra time to get the sauce to thicken up. That said, it was super easy! I'll make it again, but add some spices, and take the lid off sooner to thicken the sauce.

Best Buttermilk PancakesI love these, and my son loves them too! I add 1 tsp of cinnamon and a handful of chocolate chips (1/4 to 1/3 of a cup)!

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow CookerI'm making it for the second time right now. The first time I had only a 500 gram (just over 1 pound) tenderloin, but this time I have 2 pounds. 3 tablespoons is a LOT of garlic! I don't mind, but I'm not sure if my coworkers appreciated it ;). I added some cayenne pepper for a little extra zip, and I used red wine vinegar, cuz it's way cheaper.
