Sicilian Penne with Swordfish and EggplantI made this tonight, without eggplant. I was looking for something to do with my swordfish steaks. My 4 kids loved this so much there are no left overs! I can't wait to try it with the eggplant. Delicious!!!

Honey Glazed Slow Cooker Chicken ThighsI'm reading the reviews and I can't understand how so many came out burnt or dry?! Mine came out amazing moist and tender, very easy for the kids to eat off the bone! The sauce perfectly coated!
