Grilled Lemon Lime Chicken over Angel HairThis was delicious. I used leftover grilled chicken and stirred it in the marinaded for several hours then heated in a fry pan. I also added some broccoli. Definately will make this again.

Blueberry Coffee CakeIt was a big hit here. You do have to be careful with the directions when it says combine the first seven ingredients you want to skip over the cinnamon and 5 tablespoons of sugar in this step. It took 50 minutes to bake in a 9 X 13 pan. (I used 3.5 cups of blueberries instead of the 1 pint listed in the recipe. I think the orignal recipe would be ok, but wanted more blueberry flavor.) The flavor and texture was excellent.
