Chicken in Basil Cream (9)I made this again tonight and loved it! I pounded out the chicken to make it flatter and more tender. Asses cornstarch to thicken the sauce and froze the leftover sauce for easier preparation next time. :)

Red Lobster's Parrot Bay Coconut ShrimpI love coconut shrimp. This recipe was the best one for it! I didn't want to buy pino mix just for this, they don't come in mini bottles, unlike the liquor! So I used shredded coconut and cream cheese as a substitute. It was such gooood dip! Will definitely make this again. Thank youIThank you

Chicken Enchiladas with a twistYummy! I left out the salt and the cheese inside the tortilla. Also added potato and red bell pepper to the cooking chicken mix. Used fresh tortillas. So good for the first time making enchiladas. added this recipe to my book! Also, I left out the salsa inside the tortilla itself and I used the cream of mushroom soup hthanks for sharing!
