Other than the obvious spelling errors I thought the recipe was complete. For those who cannot 'figger 'er out' I added quantities for:
- bacon (it's really just a garnish for Pete's sake),
- onion (thought "1" was implied)
- salt and pepper (nobody actually adds the recommended quantity anyhow - it's always "to taste".
I won't elaborate on "Cook Time". If the 'spuds' are done the fish is done. Any more and you've overcooked the fish!
