Mexican Stuffed ShellsI was looking for a stuffed shell recipe w/o Ricotta, and found this. It was delish! I used a 16 oz container of fresh Southwestern style salsa instead of a jar variety. I think it made it yummy and "fresher". Also sprinkled with scallions and served with sliced black olives and sour cream. The whole family loved it!! Thanks for posting!

Pork Chops (tender, Oven-baked)I baked for 35 minutes and I also seasoned the flour with hot Spanish paprika and freshly ground pepper. Didn't use salt as the bouillon has so much. Turned out great! Thanks for posting!

Chicken in Basil Cream (9)We loved it!! The pimentos and basil tasted so good together. I thickened the sauce a teeny bit although it would have been just as good as written. I served the chicken and sauce over egg noodles and had a veggie. Great dinner!

Caramel Apple Pork ChopsI also tripled sauce (not apples!) and cooked chops about 12 mins total. Plated the hubby's first and went back to kitchen. He tried them and came to the kitchen, dropped to one knee, and asked me to marry him (again). Guess they ere a hit!! ;)

Best Ever Banana Muffins #1Love these muffins! They don't have that greasy taste to them like some banana bread or muffin recipes do that use oil. Perfect moist muffins. I added a crumb topping and they were sinful! Yum!

Slow Cooker Salisbury SteakVery good and so easy! I will make again, but I will mix onion soup mix into the milk before adding. I did over mix a bit trying to mix it all in the first time and they were a tad "dense". My fault! Great recipe, thanks for sharing!

Italian Sausage Skillet SlopMy husbands new favorite! It was yummy! Added 2 cans of Italian diced tomatoes and didn't put the extra Parmesan on top as it's not our favorite cheese- and it was perfect! Thanks for posting!

Cream Cheese Potato Soup "inspired by Panera's"I wanted to use up some chicken broth and potatoes, so I whipped this soup up tonight. It's delicious. I didn't have bacon, but I cooked some sausage breakfast links, cut them up and threw them in. Turned out great!

Chicken Pot PieThis pot pie got the thumbs up from the hubby and picky daughter! They both went back for an extra sliver! I never liked store bought pot pies myself but loved this! Thanks for sharing- so easy to make! Definitely a keeper!

Beef and Swiss Meat PiesThese are delicious!! Thank you for posting! I made them with regular sized biscuits and had to use 4 rather than 2. Next time I will get the larger Grands, as suggested. We are not huge fans of Swiss chess but it was yummy with horseradish cheddar.
